Golden Dream

Saskatchewan, landscape, grain fields, The lodging of a crop has always interested me, mostly because of the symmetry of the stems of grain that become contorted due to the weight of the heads of grain and the weather conditions. It is such a contradiction - a lush and bountiful crop will in essence be at risk of being destroyed because of its success.
