Expose Yourself – 2019 CALL TO ARTISTS
Expose Yourself is a erotically themed, boundary-pushing, body-celebrating, hilarity-making, multi-disciplinary art exhibition based in Powell River, BC.
Expose Yourself exhibition seeks artist contributions for the 2019 event held at Powell River Council for Arts and Culture’s public gallery, The Art Centre, in April 2019. Submissions and enquiries should be sent via email to
[email protected]. Further information can be found at eyexhibition.com. The deadline for submissions is Friday, March 1, 2019.
Art Submissions
Can include: 2D, 3D, digital media, photography, sculpture and installation.
No more than 5 works per contributing artist
All image files labeled with artist name and title.
A bio and brief artist statement that describes you/your selected pieces and any applicable links to artist promotions.
Outline of any specific hanging or display needs (if needed)
A jury fee of $20 CAD is required (via PayPal, e-transfer, or cash/cheque).
Deadline for submission: Friday, March 1, 2019.
You do not have to be a resident of Powell River or the qathet Regional District to contribute your work! We welcome new and returning artists with new works. Work will need to be delivered to The Art Centre by or on Monday, April 1st, 2019.
The Expose Yourself Exhibition opening reception takes place on Friday April 5th 2019, closing date in April TBD.
