Door (2005)
This pieces was created by many of the participants attending the CollaboratioNZ 2005 in Whangarei, New Zealand. I worked with Steven Heyward on a copper fold-form piece for one of the smaller slots. The piece consisted of two folds: a Star Fold and a Reuger Fold. The Star Fold was nestled into a double Reuger Fold-form so the piece looked like a pinky-copper flower with two leaves twisting from one side to the other. Steve joined the two folds with a copper stud and the piece was mounted into it's slot on the door.Photo: Ellie Smith
