Libelle (2000)
This is a turned bowl by Neil Stoutenburg. As part of the collaboration for The Little Bowl Show at the Saskatchewan Craft Council in 2000, Neil handed it to me so that I could apply one if my original designs to the surface. The dragonflies travel from the top of one side of the bowl, along the bottom and appear at the top of the other side. The colours gradually change from red through yellow to blue.Photography by Grant Kernan, AK Photos
