Homeira Mortazavi
Homeira Mortazavi’s works are masterfully rendered with an intricate attention to detail, whether it is the human figure, flowers or folds of draped cloth. Her works reveal a keen interest in color; her richly hued surfaces are achieved through many layers of thin applications of paint resulting in an often jewel like finish. Homeira Mortazavi received her BFA and Master of Art Education from Concordia University. She also has studied the Old Masters technique under Ljubomir Ivankovic.
