Charlie Poppa Wilson Unique FOLK ART is POPPAS specialty. Poppa can create just about anything from primitively carved decoys to dimensional mixed medium paintings. His choice of materials ranges from old tin roofing tiles,his worn out clothing to sticks and limbs.
